I, the undersigned, acknowledge and agree that the use of the bounce house and any other rental equipment provided by Foto Fun Jump Rentals, LLC involves inherent risks, including but not limited to the risk of injury, illness, or death. In consideration of being permitted to rent and use the equipment, I agree to the following:
Assumption of Risk: I voluntarily assume all risks associated with the use of the rental equipment, including any injury or damage that may occur.
Release of Liability: I hereby release, waive, and discharge Foto Fun Jump Rentals, LLC, its owners, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me or any third party while using the rental equipment.
Indemnification: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Foto Fun Jump Rentals, LLC from any and all claims, actions, suits, procedures, costs, expenses, damages, and liabilities, including attorney's fees, arising out of or related to my use of the rental equipment.
Compliance with Instructions: I agree to follow all safety instructions and guidelines provided by Foto Fun Jump Rentals, LLC and to ensure that all users of the rental equipment do the same.
Acknowledgment of Understanding: I have read this waiver and release of liability and fully understand its terms. I understand that I am giving up substantial rights, including my right to sue, and I sign it freely and voluntarily without any inducement.
For Minors:
As the parent or legal guardian of the minor(s) listed below, I acknowledge and agree to the terms of this waiver and release of liability on behalf of the minor(s). I understand that by signing this waiver, I am giving up substantial rights on behalf of the minor(s), including the right to sue.
