1. Delivery Service
We offer delivery services for our bounce houses to the customer's specified location. The delivery fee is included in the rental price. Our delivery team will ensure that the bounce house is transported safely and on time.
2. Set-Up Service
If you require assistance with setting up the tents, we offer a professional set-up service package that can be purchased . Our trained staff will handle the entire set-up process, ensuring that the bounce house is securely and correctly installed.
3. How to Request Set-Up Service
To request our set-up service, please select the Set-Up option at the time of booking. You can do this by:

4. Set-Up Requirements
For a smooth set-up process, please ensure the following:

The set-up area is clear of debris, sharp objects, and any obstacles.

There is sufficient space for the bounce house, including overhead clearance.

Access to a power source within 50 feet of the set-up area.

An adult is present at the time of delivery and set-up to provide any necessary instructions or approvals.
