Cancellation Policy

Rental Agreement – Foto Fun Jump Rentals, LLC Address: 288 Dunhill Way, Yardley, PA 19067 By booking with Foto Fun Jump Rentals, LLC (“we” or “us”), you (“Customer”) agree to the following: 1. Reservation & Payment 100% payment is required to reserve your rental. A 25% refundable security deposit will be added to cover damages or excessive cleaning. Payments must be made in full at the time of booking. 2. Delivery We deliver to your event location at a scheduled time. Clear, level access must be provided. No refunds if delivery can’t be completed due to access issues. 3. Setup & Takedown Customer is responsible for setup and takedown unless these services are purchased separately. Do not move or modify the equipment once delivered. 4. Equipment Use Equipment must be used safely and appropriately. Adult supervision is required at all times. No food, drinks, shoes, pets, or sharp objects on/in the equipment. 5. Cleaning Equipment must be returned clean and free of debris. A cleaning fee (up to $100) may apply if returned dirty (e.g., with mud, food, or silly string). 6. Weather Policy We may cancel or reschedule due to unsafe weather (e.g., high winds, lightning). If cancellation occurs before delivery, you’ll receive a refund or credit. No refunds after delivery, regardless of weather. 7. Damage & Liability You are responsible for the equipment while in your care. Damages, theft, or misuse may result in fees or loss of deposit. We are not liable for injuries or property damage due to misuse or lack of supervision. 8. Prohibited Use Do not: Use equipment on slopes, near fire, or in high winds Exceed weight/age limits Allow use under the influence 9. Cancellations Cancel 72+ hours before your event for a partial refund (excludes deposit). No refunds within 72 hours, for no-shows, or early pickup. 10. Indemnification Customer agrees to hold harmless Foto Fun Jump Rentals, LLC from all claims, injuries, or damages arising from use of rented equipment. Agreement By paying and accepting delivery, you agree to these terms.
